Refund & Return Policy

At Everyday Radiant, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

• The product is expired upon delivery.

• The product package is tampered with before opening.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened skincare or cosmetic products.

• Used products.

• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at everydayradiantoffice@gmail.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the product.

• Photos of the outer packaging (if applicable).

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
